How can I access my Kidlatta account?

Access the Kidlatta iOS or Android apps from your mobile device. Click on Sign In, and enter the email address that you used to create your account, along with the password. Any family members that wish to access the account should use the same e-mail and password to sign in. Accounts can be accessed from either Android or iOS devices.

I forgot or need to change my password.

On the sign in screen, click 'Forgot password' and enter your account email address. If you have an account set up, you will receive an email with a reset link. Go back to the app and use the new password. Not receiving an email? Check spam and junk folders. To change your password, go to the settings tab in the app and tap 'Change Password'.

What should I do if something in the app does not work as expected?

Please contact us if you are having any difficulties with the app functioning as expected and we will respond promptly. You can also try to force close the app and reopen it to see if that may reset and fix the issue.

How can I delete my data and Kidlatta account?

In the app, go to the settings tab and at the bottom click 'Delete account' or 'Delete my data'. For security purposes you may need to enter your password to delete the account. If you are having any issues, please contact us and we will ensure that your data is removed.

Are Kidlatta apps free?

Yes! You'll have access to most of the Kidlatta features with the standard versions. To enjoy all of the features like 'custom chart', 'everyone gets a turn' and to remove all ads, Platinum versions are available for a low monthly or annual price.

Do these apps provide a comprehensive parenting plan?

No, Kidlatta helps you implement your own plan! The app was designed to offer simple, intuitive tools and visual aids to help parents and caregivers manage daily activities. You have full flexibility to create and adjust your own plan as needed. For parenting tips and guidance, check out our articles.

Is there a read-only version that my kids can access?

At this time we are still working on a read-only version. If your child has their own device, you can send them a screenshot of their status or bank balance and transactions. Giving a 5-star rating and positive review on the App Store or Google Play Store will help to speed things along!
